My approach centers on helping you rebuild a peaceful relationship with food and your body, moving away from restriction and rule-based eating. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters of Science in Community & School Health, I specialize in Evidenced Based Medical Nutrition Therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating. I work collaboratively with your care team—including therapists and medical providers—to ensure comprehensive support. I became a dietitian because I believe everyone deserves to experience freedom and peace around food.
